Erika graduated from the Academy of Drama and Film in 1970. She began her career at the Szigligeti Theatre in Szolnok before joining the József Attila Theatre in 1972 and the National Theatre ensemble in 1974. A founding member of the Katona József Theatre in Budapest since 1982, she has delivered outstanding performances in memorable classic and contemporary roles. Alongside her stage work, she has appeared in numerous prominent film, television, and radio productions
