Clockwork Orange
This performance is a ‘live film’ – an audiovisual coming-of-age story – based on Anthony Burgess’s novel of the same name. We follow Alex, a pupil at a correctional institution, through three stages of his journey: from boundless aggression, through re-education enforced by state violence, to his reintegration into society. clockwork orange is a story of crime, punishment and forgiveness, set in a world that is not all that futuristic, brought to life by the ensemble of Katona Theatre, with direction by Dániel Sándor and in collaboration with the creative team of BudapestiSkizo.
