PÉTER HAUMANN Theatre and film actor. He has worked at the Katona since 1994. Before he worked at the theatres of Debrecen, Pécs and Budapest (József Attila Theatre). In 1973 he became member of Madách Theatre, in 1988, of National Theatre. He also worked at Arizona and Radnóti Theatres. His previous works at Katona include Yvonne, Princess of Burgundy, Tonight We Improvise, Herr Paul, The Broken Jug, The Miser, „Art”, Hedda Gabler, The Theatremaker, Saint George and the Dragon, The Idiot, Mr. Puntila and His Man Matti, Troilus and Cressida, Macbeth,The Wild Duck, Locusts, Arms and the man (The Hero and the Chocolate Soldier), Pinocchio. |

He plays Apology of Socrates, Our Class (Abram), Faust I-II (several roles), The Olaszliszka Murder (a stranger).
He appeared in Film and television works. He got several prestigeous state and professional prizes for his acting.
